If you are a deep practitioner of the media capabilities of the 2026 world, then you would be aware that a brand needs about 20,000 unique pieces of content per year for different demographics, psychographics etc.
That's 19,900 more than what most big brands actually put out. And if you understand how the Googles, Facebooks, Snapchats and Instagrams work, then you would know that your creative teams will have to deliver a lot more video centric content to fill the pipes of media distribution than they currently are doing.
That's why we've created Clapboard - to produce quality video content at a low enough cost. Quality being contextual to the social media platform, not necessarily high production, thus delivering the best bang for your every buck

Chinese Festival
Description
In January 2020, JD.com, China’s largest online retailer, partnered with the Forbidden City, also known as The Palace Museum in Beijing, to launch the “Chinese Festival” cultural program online for the first time, celebrating the arrival of the Year of the Rat. This film campaign in the Retail Services industry highlights a unique fusion of tradition and modern e-commerce, delivering a culturally immersive experience to over 300 million JD.com customers. Central to the campaign is the exclusive launch of an exquisite brocade box giveaway available solely on JD.com starting January 2, where consumers making purchases during the promotion gain the chance to receive these limited-edition gifts. Upon opening, recipients discover a poetic New Year greeting penned by Emperor Qianlong of the Qing dynasty, along with a traditional Chinese lunch box adorned with intricate Qing dynasty peony motifs and depictions of nine auspicious beasts from the 600-year-old Forbidden City—symbols of prosperity and good fortune. The nine beasts, including the Dragon, Phoenix, Deer, and Qilin, also grace a silk handkerchief, nine uniquely designed red envelopes, and an elegant drinking glass, all housed within the brocade box, enhancing the cultural richness of the offering. Complementing this initiative, a new scarf gift box was introduced exclusively on the Palace Museum’s flagship store on JD.com, reinforcing the campaign’s focus on heritage and craftsmanship. Furthermore, the promotion featured participation from 16 renowned domestic and international brands such as Dove, Philips, and Baidu, who contributed customized New Year gift boxes, amplifying the campaign’s appeal and reach throughout China. By seamlessly blending cultural heritage with innovative retail solutions, this collaborative campaign effectively engaged consumers during a significant festive period, enhancing JD.com’s brand prestige and deepening its connection with Chinese traditions.
