This Design, Film, and Integrated media campaign, launched simultaneously in Japan and Spain, translates Suna Fujita’s whimsical, hand-painted ceramic motifs—drawn from intimate childhood memories and family life—onto Loewe’s signature leather goods, ready-to-wear pieces, and accessories, including the Hammock, Puzzle, Flamenco, and the new LOEWE Font tote bags. The campaign’s distinctive visual language animates a charming menagerie of pandas, penguins, lemurs, otters, mandragora roots, and human characters originally created for ceramic teapots, cups, and plates, allowing these figures to clamber across sumptuous leather surfaces, scale straps, and peek from inner linings, effectively merging tactile luxury with playful narrative. By embedding this artisanal collaboration within an integrated media strategy facilitated by agencies across London, Madrid, Paris, and Xianggangdao, Loewe amplifies its global reach while emphasizing cross-cultural resonance in both mature and emerging luxury markets. The campaign further reinforces Loewe’s commitment to social responsibility through a philanthropic partnership with Save the Children’s Education in Emergencies program, dedicating a portion of proceeds from every Loewe x Suna Fujita item to support safe learning environments for children affected by humanitarian crises worldwide.
