Created for Visit Dubai by the creative agency Mother, the film medium campaign combines the glamour and sophistication of Dubai with non-stop action through the star power of Zac Efron and Jessica Alba. Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Craig Gillespie, known for his work on Cruella and I Tonya, the campaign follows a top-secret mission set against the backdrop of Dubai’s iconic landmarks, capturing the city’s blend of modern luxury and cultural heritage. With production support from MJZ Productions and Stoked Films, along with executive producer John Lowe and director of photography Nicolas Karakatsanis, the campaign pays tribute to both the city's captivating allure and its welcoming residents. This campaign strategically highlights Mailchimp’s ability to transform potential clients—referred to as “clustomers”—into loyal, engaged customers through highly personalized email communications powered by AI. By emphasizing seamless automation that tailors every message to individual customer needs, the campaign communicates a clear value proposition: making each customer feel like they are the number one priority. The content is supported by a wealth of educational resources including onboarding tutorials, advanced growth strategies, expert-led webinars, and integration tools, designed to empower users to maximize the platform’s capabilities and accelerate business growth.
